Founded to prevent displacement and housing instability, Stay Housed Rental Assistance provides emergency financial relief to tenants and landlords facing hardship. Our mission is to keep families safely housed, protect communities, and create pathways toward long-term stability.
Over the years, Stay Housed Rental Assistance has
helped thousands of renters and landlords avoid eviction, prevent
housing instability, and remain safely housed during times of
financial hardship.
Every day across communities nationwide, we provide emergency rental
support, landlord collaboration, and stability-focused assistance to
families facing unexpected setbacks — including job loss, medical
emergencies, natural disasters, and economic disruption.
Our mission is simple:
Keep families housed. Protect community stability. Restore peace
of mind.
To prevent eviction and housing instability by providing emergency rental assistance, landlord collaboration, and direct financial relief to individuals and families facing temporary hardship.
A future where every family has access to safe, stable housing and no one is displaced due to short-term financial setbacks or unexpected life events.
Integrity, transparency, dignity, and community partnership guide our work. We believe housing stability strengthens families, protects neighborhoods, and builds resilient communities.
If you are struggling to pay rent or at risk of losing your home, our Stay Housed Rental Assistance program may be able to help. Apply today to see if you qualify for support.
At Stay Housed Rental Assistance, we work directly
within communities to prevent displacement and housing instability. We
are committed to removing barriers that leave families vulnerable to
eviction or unsafe living conditions.
Through collaboration with tenants, landlords, and local partners, we
strive to create equitable access to rental support, restore
stability, and strengthen the foundation of our neighborhoods.
We believe stable housing is not a privilege — it is essential to
economic security, family well-being, and community resilience.
